With the beginning of summer and the end of the academic year comes the start of the summer holidays you have been waiting for.
The academic year 2024/25 has been a year full of learning, experiences and incredible moments. For this reason, at the Unihabit residence halls we would like to make a summary of the academic year 2024/25 and relive the best moments of the year while we look forward to the next academic year.
Welcome parties for the academic year 2024/25
As in previous years, the welcome parties were the perfect starting point for the new academic year. Our welcome parties for the academic year 2024/25 allowed the new residents to meet the rest of their classmates with whom they have shared their stay in the university residence during the whole academic year. All our residences hold welcome parties in the first week of classes so it is very easy for new students to integrate with their classmates and the whole Unihabit team and feel at home from the beginning of the academic year.
At our welcome parties the residents were able to enjoy different activities, live music and a good dinner.
Excursions and activities academic year 2024/25
At Unihabit we love to be part of your time at university and we want you to enjoy your stay. Therefore, throughout the academic year we carry out different activities and excursions that allow us to create unforgettable moments and experiences that you will always remember even as the years go by. During the academic year we have carried out different activities such as university football matches with other residences, ping-pong or volleyball games. A solidarity breakfast that allowed us to meet wonderful people and our famous Christmas card competition in which the residents give free rein to their creativity and Christmas spirit. In addition to decorating the halls of residence with Halloween, Christmas or working women’s day decorations that bring so much life during each season of the year!
To end the academic year 2024/25 we have celebrated different outdoor paelladas, enjoying the different outdoor common areas of our university residences with music and a great atmosphere.

Unihabit Barcelona Residences
Barcelona, the Catalan capital, is one of the cities with the highest number of student arrivals from other parts of the country or even from other countries. That is why our residence halls offer the best locations in the city so that you can be within easy reach of everything and enjoy university life in Barcelona.
In Barcelona you will find the university residence Unihabit Barcelona, located in the Ciutat Vella district, in the heart of Barcelona, so you can be very close to your university campus as well as being very close to other main attractions of the city such as Plaza Cataluña, Plaza Universitaria, museums such as MACBA or the CCCB, shopping areas such as Paseo de Gracia, Portal de l’Angel or La Rambla.
On the other hand, the Unihabit Gracia university residence is located in one of the best neighbourhoods in the city of Barcelona: the district of Gracia. Here you will find different local shops and restaurants, a great location and communication with the rest of the city and a very pleasant and quiet atmosphere to live in.
Unihabit Girona Residence
Living in the heart of the university campus, such as the university campus of Montilivi in Girona, will offer you great advantages, since the university is just a few metres away from the residence hall. Moreover, if you like the outdoors and enjoy both the mountains and the beach, our Unihabit Girona residence hall offers you the chance to enjoy both during your university stay, and you cannot miss some of the best beaches in our country, which are located on the Costa Brava!
Unihabit Sant Cugat Residence
The Unihabit Sant Cugat residence hall is located right in the centre of the city of Sant Cugat del Vallès, within the ETSAV-UPC university campus. In our residence hall in Sant Cugat you will be able to choose a single or double apartment and you will also find different common areas in which you will be able to enjoy your free time with the rest of your fellow students, such as the multimedia room, or the outdoor areas with a ping-pong table, etc. It is also very close to Barcelona!
Unihabit Manresa Residence
The Unihabit Manresa Residence Hall is located on the university campus of the city where the UManresa and UPC Manresa universities are located. A few minutes’ walk away is the city centre, which allows residents to enjoy a good university atmosphere with different shops and restaurants. In addition, you will find a gym, study rooms, group work rooms, outdoor picnic areas with barbecue, bicycle parking, multimedia room, table football and billiards, ping-pong and parking in the building itself.
